When returning the camera to the docking station the proper flow should be:

1. Downloading -The video is currently being downloaded to the server.

2.- The video is currently being encoded

3.- The video is being uploaded. Do not remove the camera from the docking station.

4.- The complete status is shown when all processes are completed and the video can be watched

If encounter any of the statuses listed below you should follow the steps:

1. - This status appear most commonly because there is a problem with the SD-card or the camera is defective. Sometimes there is a problem with the internal clock of the camera. And in some cases the marshal forgets to put the camera on the clients helmet. In the firs case you can try to take the SD-card out and put it back in. If the problem still persists contact us at [email protected].

2. - The video was suspended by someone on the track team. Most probably because the video should not be publicly available.

3. - This status shows that the camera still hasn't been returned to the docking station or there is an issue with the magnet. Firs try removing the camera from the docking station and then firmly put it back on the docking station. If the blue LED light is not turning on when returning the camera try changing the slot. If the status is still shown as "Camera not returned" contact us for further assistance at [email protected].

4.- No camera was assigned in the system.

5. - This status appear duo to cancelation of the session in the system

6.- The session is still not started.
