After clicking next they will be redirected to the details page. If a client is using an account from another track they will need to only add the required information for your track which is not available in their RaceFacer account. By default the client will need to add their Names, date of birth, country, city and some of the fields here can be modified if needed. You can set age restrictions for kids and adults. If a client is under the age you specified, we will require parent or guardian details. Their parent or guardian information fields will appear and they will be unable to continue without filling them. After all of the required data is filled in, they can proceed by pressing next. On the next page clients can take their profile picture. This step is not mandatory. Here the timer for the picture can be set to different seconds or turned off. Also the clients have the option of choosing to hide the picture on the track monitors and online. The picture will be visible only on POS. If you are not using client photos, the page can be removed. Clicking next will lead you to the RaceFacer Terms and Conditions. Your clients will need to agree with them as we are creating their RaceFacer account as well. On the next we can put your track Terms and Conditions with an option for a digital sign under them. If you use other ways to confirm your Terms and Conditions we can deactivate this page too. After signing your terms registration will be complete and they will need to proceed to your payment station. Once done on the cashiers computer under the Kiosk Order tab you will be able to find all of the new registered clients.
