How to create and manage your Waivers.

A waiver is an intentional or agreed upon release of your rights, usually in the form of a written contract. In RaceFacer your waivers are stored in your cloudv2.racefacer.com. Once you click on the link you will see the cloud login page.

After entering your credentials, you will be redirected to the clouds home page.

To create your waiver, you must click on "Documents" and then "Waivers" in the navigation menu.

To start the creating process, click on the green button "Create Waiver".

If you have already existing waivers, you will see them in the middle of the screen and the creation button will be on the top right side of the screen.

Clicking on the create button will open the weiver creation page. On the top will be the field where you need to enter the title and under it will be the field where you need to enter the actual content of the waiver.

Under the text field you will have some options for customization:

The "Guardian" options are used only if you are making a waiver for children. After you are done with all of your choices click on the "Save Waiver" button.

If you want to edit or change something you can always edit your waivers from the "Edit Waiver" button on your "Waiver List" page. Please note that any edits to the waiver will require customers to renew their signatures.

If you want to make a waiver in more than one language. You need to click on "Settings" and then "Global Settings". Here you can choose different languages for your waiver and the default one from the option below. The different versions of the Waiver will be visible when the clients choose the corresponding language on your KIOSK.

Every client with missing, or outdated waiver will be marked with red warning message on your POS page. That way your cashiers will easily know which client needs to sign or renew their Waiver.
